What does Swastik Enterprises do?

We are a Tally Certified Partner in Zirakpur. We sell, install, renew, upgrade, customise and support TallyPrime, offer Tally Cloud and Tally on Mobile, and also sell and support Busy Accounting Software.

Which TallyPrime edition should I buy, Silver or Gold?

Silver is for a single user on a single PC. Gold is for multi-user access from multiple PCs. Both are available as monthly or annual rental plans, or as a lifetime licence. We recommend one after hearing how many people will work in your books.

What is TSS and do I need to renew it?

TSS (Tally Software Services) is the subscription that gives you free upgrades to major releases and connected services for GST, banking and WhatsApp Business. Renewing before it expires earns one free month, and a lapsed TSS is the most common reason people miss new statutory updates.

Can I access Tally from my phone or from home?

Yes. Tally on Mobile lets you check stock, ledgers and outstanding balances on Android and iOS, and Tally Cloud lets your whole team log in to TallyPrime from any location.

Can you move my data from Tally.ERP 9, older Tally or another package?

Yes. We back up first, migrate your masters and history, and check balances afterwards. We also move data from TallyPrime or another package into Busy.

Do you support businesses outside Zirakpur?

Yes. On-site setup is available across Zirakpur, Mohali, Chandigarh and Panchkula. Remote support, Tally Cloud and Tally on Mobile work anywhere in India.

Are the prices on your website inclusive of GST?

No. Prices are list prices before GST. The 18% GST amount and the total payable are shown alongside each plan on the pricing page. We confirm the final quote and any current offers before you pay.
