Sales Executive
Full-time · Zirakpur office, with local client visits
Be the first person a new customer speaks to. You will explain TallyPrime and Busy to shop owners, distributors and manufacturers, understand what they actually need, and see the sale through to licensing and set-up.

What you will do
- Follow up enquiries from calls, WhatsApp and the website, and meet local businesses
- Recommend the right edition (Silver, Gold, cloud, Busy) after understanding the customer's work
- Prepare quotations and coordinate licensing, installation and renewals with the team
- Keep in touch after the sale so renewals and upgrades are never missed
What we look for
- Clear, honest communication in Hindi and English (Punjabi is a plus)
- Comfort talking to business owners, on the phone and in person
- Basic understanding of accounting or GST, or a willingness to learn it quickly
- Self-discipline to follow up without being chased
Marketing Executive
Full-time · Zirakpur office
Help more businesses across the Tricity find us. You will run our local presence online and offline, from Google Business Profile and social media to campaigns around GST dates and TallyPrime releases.

What you will do
- Plan and post content for Google Business Profile, WhatsApp and social channels
- Create simple creatives, offers and reminders for renewal and GST seasons
- Track which channels bring enquiries and report what is working
- Support the sales team with leads, follow-ups and local outreach
What we look for
- Good written Hindi and English
- Working knowledge of social media, basic design tools (such as Canva) and Google tools
- Curiosity about how small businesses buy software
- Organised, creative and happy to measure results
Back Office Executive
Full-time · Zirakpur office
Keep the office running accurately behind the scenes: licences, renewals, records, invoices and customer data. Our customers' deadlines depend on this work being done properly and on time.

What you will do
- Maintain customer records, licence details and renewal dates
- Prepare invoices, quotations and basic documentation
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams, and send renewal reminders
- Handle incoming calls and messages and route them to the right person
What we look for
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable with MS Excel, email and basic computer work (Tally knowledge is a plus, not a must)
- Dependable, punctual and tidy with records
- Clear communication on the phone and in writing
